Excerpts of Step 1
OMAR TA SATT. I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. This minute the chink opens and through the opening comes the Entourage. The angels sit at your feet and Kryon is with you with the energy of absolute love. You are loved immeasurably. Feel the magnetism as it spreads in your heart in the presence of love. Believe me, the vibrations of the new energies are so beautiful and so bright. Right now you are moving in a vibration of love. If you open your heart you will feel me. Doubts are being pushed aside at this moment for you can feel Kryon. You feel the angels. You feel the family, that which connects us.
We are one family and Kryon is with you. Enjoy this moment, enjoy the love and this vibration. Expand yourself in the vastness of the light. As the waves move in the endless ocean so does your Light Body vibrate when you permit the love of the angels, when you put reason aside and open your heart.
You are now taking the 48 Steps leading to Awakening and your thoughts turn back repeatedly.
What does Awakening mean? Is it actually possible?
I – Kryon – I answer you. Your essence is Divinity. Everything you need is stored in your Light Body. Over a long period of time- if we go by just this one incarnation: you have been told from the beginning of your life that you are full of limits, that you are not good enough, that perhaps you are not worthy, that you may not use power. The people who told you this did not know better. But everything you know, what has been stored in your mind, you have been told by a human being.
And you ask yourself: Is it actually possible that an angel speaks through a human being? I say: It IS possible. And you will feel more and more that this is possible because you are expanding. You begin to trust. Everything human beings have told you are laws of duality and illusion. Kryon, beyond the veil, will break these limits for you. He will teach you to take one step beyond these limits in order to make possible what you still consider to be impossible. Kryon will teach you to use your full potential.

You are my Lighthouses, my family; the time has come in which we talk to each other. I will accompany you with my words until you are awakened. I am in permanent contact with my medium. Set yourself the goal, the highest goal, to take one step beyond your boundaries so that there will be more in you than just the used 10% of your potential. Set yourself the goal to become an Avatar on Earth in human form and shape and to work for your fellow human beings with every kind of human joy. Everybody carries the Divine Light within themselves and when your flame is blazing and burning brightly, carry it openly, so that the flames of all people can be lighted.

What does human reality include?
Much more than just ‘not knowing’. First of all your linear time is part of reality. If this were not to exist in your reality, you would have neither future nor past and therefore it would be very difficult for you to experience yourselves.
The second thing which is very important is the reality of your bodies. Not only do you recognize your body as reality but additionally it is also vulnerable. And since to you it is vulnerable you have created physical death for yourselves. Along with time, linear time, and vulnerability of the body you have created physical death.
To experience human reality you need still more. You need thoughts and you need emotions. That is still not enough. What is also required is needs. Because of your body you have, for example, the need to eat and to drink. You have the need for sleep and for health. You have the need for warmth. You have many needs. But in essence the basic needs are required in order to experience yourselves.
But that is still not enough. In addition your needs and experiences are bound. They have bound themselves to something. And now we already reach a part, where some resistance may develop in you. One can bind oneself to many things. Yet mostly you bind yourselves to emotions. Now, everything needs to have two sides in your polarity in order to experience itself. Therefore, in your human reality, you have created the counterpole to the single reality that exists – fear.
And now the wheel starts to revolve.

Your assignment for the beginning will be to change your thinking according to your consciousness. Allow yourself to carry the powers and intention in yourself and to perform miracles as well. Be one of those who have declared themselves ready to work as Light Bearers in this particular incarnation, bringing the primordial information to mankind. Awake with the magnetism of the New Age and become an Avatar on Earth. I – Kryon – withdraw now with the Entourage but what remains is the energy of the vibration for you, OM TAT SAT.
