Excerpts of Step 3
OMAR TA SATT. I am Kryon and I greet you. You, the family, you are the Lightbearers of the prime information. You are the Lighthouses that carry the light within just as every human being carries the Light of God in himself. But you are ready to let the light in you grow larger and larger so that your flame expands into infinity and is carried into the outside. We are united.
Through the opening of the Stargate, through the gap, the Entourage follows. The angels are kneeling at your feet. They are holding you, they are touching you. Perhaps it is not yet understandable for you that the angels enter into a room of love and sit at the feet of the human beings. Kryon, who loves you immeasurably, tells you: So much is possible that you may not yet understand that which lies beyond your reason. Yet it is possible as there are no limitations where the Divine Reality prevails. Yet in the name of Love and in the name of the Light it is possible.
I - Kryon - speak through the medium and I give my messages in the human language. The human language is limited, that is why it is so important that you take these words which I say to you into your heart, for it is there you will find me, it is there you will feel me, it is there you will sense me, it is there where the presence of my energy will be. With every word that I address to you the energy in your Light Body is being raised and the angels begin to touch you. If you open your heart you can feel this.

I would like to say something about the Awakening again for the spirit world detects the same fears in human beings again and again. Again and again it is the fears that impede the Awakening, therefore listen, Divine Human: The awakening will be the most wonderful and the greatest event, for you will know who you are and you will express the whole Divine Might in Divine Grace in you and yet you will keep your personality - as a Divine Human, as an Avatar on earth. Again and again Kryon draws your attention to the fact that it is the limitations which impede you. In this incarnation, too, you have been set limitations by people who have told you what is possible and what is absolutely impossible.
Today Kryon would like to speak about the body because many people, and perhaps you too to some extent, experience and define themselves as body. Perhaps you will say: Of course I am body for I can feel my body, I feel the cold, I feel warmth, I feel the wind, I feel the sun, I feel pain, I feel illness and I hear my heart beat.
All of this may be so - and it is a piece of reality in the reality which you have created for yourself. And the physical cover, called body, is also something which gives you the right to live as a human being on Mother Earth. Yet you are considerably more than just your body. First of all you are spirit which has its origin in the universe and incarnates as spirit on earth in a human body.
Perhaps you will tell me now that it is very important to look after one's body and to take care of it? And about just that I would like to speak with you today for all of this is subject to a collective thought pattern.
I would like to give you a few examples about that so that you can better understand it. Why do you think it is possible - in a different culture in which people live who were educated differently, people who were told something different about limitations - why do you think it is possible that a person who breathes and whose heart beats like yours can bury his head in sand for days and is dug up days later and continues to breathe as if nothing happened? They are stories, you could say now, that were told by somebody some time. But take a look at your culture, at other cultures, and you will find out how differently people deal with the thought patterns of the collective consciousness. In some cultures the worst thing one can do is to eat pork or drink alcohol.
Regarded by itself, every human being has definitely heard what he knows from another human being. If your parents had told you from the time you were small that everything which is red and you ingest will harm you, what would you think then if somebody offered you something red to eat? What do you think would be in your mental structures? What I would like to tell you with this is that everything happens according to a collective thought pattern and therefore you set your limits yourselves.
Now, it is the case that many people living in a culture together have the same collective thoughts. I will give you an example: What did you learn about chocolate? What have you been told? What is usually being said is: If you eat a lot of chocolate your weight will change. Do you believe that it would be possible, if you had your own ideas about chocolate, that you would not get fat and your weight would not change?

There are still masters on earth who want to tell you that you should not do this and that you should not do that. But Kryon tells you: Your own thoughts decide what is good for you and what is bad for you. No master, no human being can dictate this to you. You yourself cause a vibration in your cells with your own thoughts. I tell you something more: The cells in your body are not dead but alive. They have a consciousness - they believe what you tell them. This often happens unconsciously because the fewest people disregard the collective thought pattern.
The cells absorb everything that is in your consciousness.
How, do you think, will your cells react if you constantly think: Oh, when I do this it is bad. When I do this it could harm me. How, do you think, will your cells react? With which vibration will they react to that? I would like you to think for a moment about what has been said. What would it be like if you had power over your living cells? What, do you think, would change? How, do you think, would your cells react vibrationally if you were to put a piece of chocolate in your mouth and say to your cells: Oh, this is good for you.

I will go another step further. Perhaps it would be possible to feed on Light? What Kryon wants to tell you is that your cells have a consciousness which is joined to your mental structures. The cells move in the same vibration as your mental structures. You can reprogram your cells at any time if you reprogram your mental structures. I tell you: When a true master stands in front of you, you will be able to see that there is nothing he will do without. He will show you that he can change everything with his mental structures. Perhaps, for a start, you will not consider food which you ingest to be either good or bad. Try, instead, to bless everything you ingest. Speak with your cells. They will repay you for it.
A large percentage of your physical body consists of water and blood. Both have a consciousness, both are alive, both have a vibration. Because division does not exist your body is connected to another body and the power of the thoughts that you carry in yourself permits you to change everything. Again and again will Kryon remind you of this during the Steps that you will take. You will realize that the power of thought stands for the power of your consciousness. You yourself can break down the limitations to be limitless.
You will get every support from the 36 High Councillors of the Light, whenever you need support we will be there. We lead you along the path to awakening, Step by Step into Divine Reality. But it is also important that you do your part. Give your intention and the strength that is in your heart. Do not put yourself under pressure. Examine your thoughts again and again and admit to yourself that there is more than what you have learned. Kryon - and the 36 High Councillors of the Light - loves you immeasurably. No matter where you look, you will always see us for we are everywhere. Give yourself permission to open your heart.

If you are full of fears and doubts at some point, then remember that Kryon tells you: I see you without limits. I see you as what you are: a great being in a human body, come to Mother Earth to serve the people in the New Age and to lead them into the Light of Awakening.
Why do the angels bow to you? Why do they sit at your feet?
Because they know who you are. They honor you for your courage to go through a human incarnation in order to experience your spirit as human - with all the pain, with all the emotions, with all the doubts and fears. They know it and that is why they honor you. Do not think like a human, be aware of the fact that you are spirit in a human body and that you carry the power in you to change all your structures, also the ones in your physical body. Do not allow yourself to be swayed in your path. Think of the words of Kryon who is speaking through a medium and at this moment is very close to you.
